Almost every aspect of a business or daily life requires certain legalities to be fulfilled. As a result, we need licensed attorneys who can understand and provide a legal solution or legal solutions. Everything that requires legal attention, you need an attorney for it. Law firms are constantly growing, and there are reasons behind it. Attorneys work day and night to solve their clients’ problems or issues.
The Jagroop Law Office, Inc. is a reputed law firm that opened in Newark, California, centrally located in the Tri-City Area of the San Francisco Bay Area on February 1, 2017. We interviewed Attorney Tristan Yohan Jagroop, Esq., the Founder, Owner, and Creator of The Jagroop Law Office, Inc. to get more insights into the firm and the services offered. Here are a few excerpts of the interview:
Q. Why did you choose this profession and decide to start a law office?
I believe that the law is the art of persuasion. I believe that the law can be interpreted in a variety of ways. The law was always something that I was attracted to ever since I was a young boy when I watched a variety of court shows when I was young. Being an attorney is both prestigious and prominent. However, the most important reason that I became an attorney was (and is) because I have the ability to help people. I have the ability to give a voice to those who cannot necessarily represent themselves.
Q. Introduce yourself, your passion, and your journey as an attorney.
I am a licensed attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. I am the owner, founder, and creator of my law office (The Jagroop Law Office, Inc.) in Newark, California. I am a “one-man show,” I am a “one-man everything” for my law office. I am the only employee of my law office. I am passionate about being a licensed California solo practitioner attorney. As a public servant, I am passionate about growing, improving, and serving the community with its legal problem(s)/issue(s) in my specific practice areas. I am passionate about being responsible and accountable for everything related to The Jagroop Law Office, Inc. The “buck” stops with me, and the “buck” starts with me. There is no “in between”.
As a young boy, I watched a lot of court shows. As a result, I was drawn into the legal profession. I graduated from James Logan High School in Union City, California, in June 2002, I graduated from San Jose State University in San Jose, California, in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (undergraduate degree), and I graduated from Lincoln Law School of San Jose in San Jose, California, in June 2012 with my Juris Doctorate degree (Ph.D.). I was admitted to practice law in the State of California on December 4, 2013.
Q. How does your typical day start?
I am a very early bird every day of the week. As a result, in general, I wake up after 3:00 a.m. (California time) or so. After that, it is a combination of things: I read the newspaper, exercise, and eat breakfast (all before I get to work). I can work remotely and virtually from my home, and/or I can work from my law office. However, the overwhelming vast majority of the time, I work remotely and virtually from my home.
Q. You being a dedicated attorney, must have faced many hardships your way. How have you been optimistic in dealing with those unpleasant situations?
Yes, I have faced many hardships along the way. For example, growing up, I had a learning disability (reading comprehension). However, with the help and assistance of an abundance of people along the way, I overcame my learning disability to become a licensed California Attorney on December 4, 2013.
I do not necessarily believe in being optimistic regarding dealing with “unpleasant” situations. I believe in being professional, cordial, yet authentic, real, genuine, and sincere (as much as possible). I am also not afraid to stand up for myself when I have to.
My job is to put my client(s) in the best position to potentially succeed to the best that I can to the best of my ability to the biggest extent possible. However, at the same time, I tell my client(s) what he, she, or they must hear, not what he, she, or say wants to hear (I deliver the reality). It would be a disservice to my client(s) to do otherwise.
Q. What are your legal services?
My practice area(s) is (are) as follows: (1) Motor Vehicle Accident/Personal Injury; (2) Family Law; (3) Civil Harassment Restraining Order(s); and (4) DUI/DWI Defense.
Q. Why is it essential to hire a California car accident/personal injury attorney to represent the victim?
In a car accident/personal injury case, it is vital for the clients to hire a licensed California Motor Vehicle Accident/Personal Injury Attorney to represent him, her, or them when a motor vehicle accident resulting in a bodily injury or bodily injury occurs in the State of California. When the clients deal with the motor vehicle insurance companies by themselves, they usually get railroaded because the clients trust that the automobile insurance companies do have potential car accident/personal injury clients’ best interest(s) at mind and at heart. In addition, the clients have to reimburse a health care practitioner for the services rendered due to an accident resulting in injury.
In a motor vehicle accident/personal injury case, a licensed California Car Accident/Personal Injury Attorney will be your biggest advocate from a personal standpoint by encouraging you to just focus on you seeking and receiving the best medical services and/or the best medical treatment that you absolutely need. In addition, a licensed California Personal Injury Attorney can help potential car accident/personal injury clients in reducing a medical bill or medical bills.
Moreover, a licensed California Motor Vehicle Accident/Personal Injury Attorney will do the best that he or she can to the best of his or her ability to the biggest extent possible to put his or her respective client(s) in the best possible position to succeed.
Furthermore, a licensed California Motor Vehicle Accident/Personal Injury Attorney will do the best that he or she can to the best of her ability to the biggest extent possible to protect a motor vehicle accident/personal injury client’s legal right(s) and legal interest(s).
Q. Why should people prefer The Jagroop Law Office, Inc. over others?
I am a young, aggressive attorney that puts clients’ pain, hurt, and suffering before anything else. I have a proven track record of client success and have been the recipient of multiple awards. I do the best for my clients the best that I can to the best of my ability to the most significant extent possible to put them in the best possible position to potentially succeed. However, at the same time, I tell my clients what they must hear, not what they want to hear (I deliver the reality). I treat my clients with respect, kindness, professionalism, courtesy, etc., and I am easily accessible. As stated earlier, I am passionate about being responsible and accountable for everything related to The Jagroop Law Office, Inc. The “buck” stops with me, and the “buck” starts with me. There is no “in between”.
